Large-Scale Client Onboarding and Compliance Transformation

Members of our team executed an important change programme for one of the world’s largest wealth managers following their acquisition of a private wealth company. Guided by bi-weekly governance boards that they chaired with the CEO, COO and other senior leaders, they spearheaded the effort to on-board and overhaul client due diligence across 12,000 private client accounts. With an £11 million budget, this involved co-ordinating a team of over 60 internal and external resources, including 3rd party vendors and Big Four consultants to conduct comprehensive client reviews and ensure compliance with the latest regulations.

Under their leadership, the target operating model was seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations, establishing a standardised roadmap for client onboarding, supporting policies and procedures, staff training and required amendments to the risk management frameworks and centralised trade data repository to facilitate EMIR compliance.

This large-scale transformation illustrates our team's experience leading complex initiatives that encompass people, process and technology to achieve strategic objectives.
